The GCBDD Transition Team strive to help transition age students (ages 14-22) and families prepare for the changes that come as high school ends. A primary objective of the Transition Team is to identify students within Greene County that may qualify for our services. SALT TALKS – An Online Transition Series
SAVE THE DATES!

Hope everyone had a wonderful summer and have stayed well! Since COVID 19 has not been resolved and remains a continued concern, for the safety of everyone, we decided to continue to provide the SALT Talks virtually using Zoom (with two hybrid sessions).

This year the SALT TEENS will be offered as an in-person session held during the Hybrid SALT TALKS sessions only. Watch for more specific details to come.
